Registration of participants

All Conference participants are asked to use the form for registration here. Then you will receive by e-mail information for the payment of the registration fee amount to be transferred. After the registration fee payment, you will receive a confirmation of the payment and duly registration to the FORTECHENVI Conference 2019. In case you will register later than 25 August 2019, the payment will be made in cash on the spot.

Since there will be video and audio recordings taken at the 2019 FORTECHENVI Conference, pursuant to valid legislation, all participants will be asked upon their arrival during the registration for their written agreement with the processing of their personal data in the form of video and audio recordings taken. The expression of your preliminary approval is also part of the Conference registration form.

All documents concerning registration (congress carry bag, nameplate, conference proceedings and programme) will be given to you upon your arrival at the Conference venue on Monday 9 September 2019 from 13.00 to 19.00 o'clock or on Tuesday 10 September 2019 from 08.00 to 09.45 o'clock.

Registration fees for Conference participants and their accompaniment (in EUR)

The registration fee does not include the price for accommodation.

What is included in the fees for a Conference participant?

• Conference package (congress carry bag, nameplate, conference proceedings and programme, etc.)
• Participation at the Conference
• Lunch, dinner and coffee break refreshments from 10 - 12 September 2019
• Field excursion

What is included in the fees for an accompanying person?

• Lunch and dinner from 10 – 12 September 2019
• Field excursion
• Sightseeing tour in Brno

Refund policy / Cancellations

Application for the refund of a registration fee paid can be submitted to the address stated in the Contacts section. The refunded amount will be reduced by an administrative fee (30 %). Refunding of a registration fee paid after 25 September 2019 is not possible.
A Conference participant can pass his/her registration over to another person. Any changes in a registration will be charged a fee of 25 EUR.

Responsibility
The participant acknowledges he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against organisers should the holding of the meeting be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or generally by force majeure, or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes. With registration, the participant accepts these terms.
